Vehicle Wash Recycling System

The AdTech Vehicle Wash Recycling System produces the cleanest possible treated water from a vehicle wash. It removes and reclaims oil, removes grease, fuels, all types of hydrocarbons, waxes, soaps and organic chemicals, sand, silt, BOD, COD, TSS and even dissolved solids.

Our Vehicle Wash Recycling System fully automates wash water recycling and can include reverse osmosis for rinse water, treating over 150 litres per minute in a continuous, closed-loop system with no discharge to sewer. Our services range from complete ‘ground-up’ construction of vehicle washes to the addition of our recycling system components to existing wash racks.

Our custom systems are designed to recover water from vehicle wash racks and return clean, re-usable water to the wash and/or rinse side of the process. If requested, we integrate reverse osmosis into the system, generating spot-free water to the final rinse. The AdTech Vehicle Wash Recycling System is complete, environmentally friendly and cost effective.

Before adding our components to existing vehicle washes, AdTech retrieves cumulative samples of the wastewater from wash rack systems and tests the effluent, either on-site or in a laboratory. After gathering data from the samples, we build, install and commission our Vehicle Wash Recycling System, which will produce, clean, clear, recycled water while adding only make-up water to the cycle.

Our ‘ground-up’ vehicle washes are designed and constructed to customer specifications regarding site and size of bays. Facilities generally consist of at least one manually operated power wash bay and one automatic wash rack. Bay sizes range from passenger vehicle to large truck or equipment washes. The fully automated bay uses a variety of technologies to clean, rinse and dry vehicles.

Our own patented ‘Megasorption’ technology provides the final polish to provide customers with the highest quality water for your vehicle washing operation.
